2. Demo Requests & Submissions

When requesting a demo, you must:

  • Have authorization to share any documents uploaded (e.g., FNOLs, estimates, photos)

  • Understand that uploaded materials may be used to demonstrate functionality

We maintain confidentiality of all submitted materials.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Software

  • AI models

  • Workflows

  • Processes

is owned by FloodAI and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify our materials without consent.

4. No Claims Decisions

FloodAI provides automation and workflow support but does not make claim determinations. Final decisions remain the responsibility of adjusters, IA firms, and carriers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FloodAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation

  • Compatibility with all systems

  • Accuracy of output

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloodAI shall not be liable for:

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services (if any).
